'Prostitution Reform Act'
wo Sexarbeit landesweit entkriminalisiert wurde.
Hi Everyone
The Prostitution Law Review Committee released its final report today.
This report was required to be presented within 5 years of the passage
of the Prostitution Reform Act.
The PLRC web page on the Ministry of Justice site is
http://justice.govt.nz/prostitution....v...index.html
The report and research associated can be downloaded from that page in
html format, which contains a link to the PDF format for each.
Alternatively, the report, and associated research can be downloaded in
PDF format through each of these links:
PLRC Report

Christchurch School of Medicine research paper
http://justice.govt.nz/prostitution....-...report.pdf
Crime and Justice Research Centre (Victoria University of Wellington) papers
http://justice.govt.nz/prostitution....a...report.pdf
http://justice.govt.nz/prostitution....n...report.pdf
http://justice.govt.nz/prostitution....i...report.pdf
http://justice.govt.nz/prostitution....g...index.html
The earlier report and related papers are available through the PLRC page.
The report is generally supportive of the decriminalisation of sex work
in New Zealand, while the research from the Christchurch School of
Medicine indicates there are many advantages for sex workers in a
decriminalised environment, highlighting many positive outcomes of law
reform.
