Kurz gefasst: Die FDA hat die Anerkennung verweigert, die Firma forscht weiter und versucht, die offenen Punkte zu klären. Warum genau die Zulassung verweigert wurde, ist meines Wissens unbekannt, wird wohl im Zusammenhang mit Nebenwirkungen stehen.
